About Me

SEAN ALEXANDER

I started online coaching because I want to build a community that isn’t limited to geography. Too
many people feel alone or misguided on their health and fitness journey, and I want my clients to be
provided with the necessary information, support, and encouragement they need to reach their
goals. I thrive in helping beginners become intermediates, and in helping intermediates enter into
the beginning stages of becoming advanced. I am not a bodybuilding coach, I am a lifestyle coach
helping develop an integrated lifestyle program revolving around the specific health, performance,
and aesthetic-based goals of each individual client.

I am doing this because I love educating. Ever heard the saying “give a man a fish and he eats for a day; teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime”? A mediocre personal trainer distributing standardized workout routines is doing the equivalent of providing a client with the equivalent of 3 fish per week. I’m qualified to coach clients based on having years of accumulated experience in the fitness space. I have been a professional fitness coach since 2015, and I have personal training accreditations from multiple institutions like ACE and ISSA.

My goal is to help change peoples’ lives by introducing them to how simple living a health and fit lifestyle can actually be. Are you ready to get started?
